Our Focus
Our focus at Meridian Planning Consultants is on strategy development and implementation. We are problem solvers, we are innovative in our desire for solutions and we deliver. In this regard, we have been called upon by numerous municipalities and landowners to address their challenges, develop a process to resolve their challenges and then deliver a product or approval that meets with their needs.
We have a sound understanding of Provincial policy, we have appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board on numerous occasions and we
know what is required to defend planning documents and the applications for development that we support. For every problem, there is a solution, and any solution can only be achieved when there has been a very well articulated and transparent process. This is what our strength is and this is why we are retained and involved with a number of high profile projects throughout Southern Ontario.
